Memory Card
Requirements
The following characteristics are required of memory cards you intend to use
with the monitor:
Type 1 or Type 2 PCMCIA (68-pin) SRAM memory cards
Card sizes of .5 kilobytes and 1, 2, and 4 megabytes
Memory cards with 200 nanosecond (ns) speed ratings are desired
Some 250ns cards also work in the monitor. 250ns Epson and Mitsubishi
cards have been used successfully.
Note: 1 Meg memory cards are available through Ag Leader Technology.
IBM cards will not work in monitors with serial numbers below 941101, but
will work in monitors with higher serial numbers.
Setting Monitor to
Follow these steps to log to a memory card:

1 Press the SETUP key until “LOGGING DEVICE = NONE or EXT
or ?M CARD” appears on the display.
2 Press the top UP or DOWN ARROW key to select “?M CARD”.
Note: When you turn the monitor on with it set to LOGGING
DEVICE=?M CARD, the message “INSERT CARD OR PRESS NO”
appears on the monitor. Either insert a card or press the NO key. If you
insert a memory card, refer to the instructions below to format and initialize
the card. The monitor also looks for a GPS signal when it is set to log to a
card. You will see two dashes in the top-right corner of the display where a
D and G will appear if you have a GPS signal.
